Shipping & Return
We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange, or replacement on all goods returned to us within 30 days of your receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition.
All returns are subject to inspection. Damaged returns may result in store credit. Any return requests made after 30 business days from the delivery date will not be refunded.
To refund your purchase, please contact us with your order number at Contact Us. On receipt, the returned goods will be promptly inspected and your refund will be processed according to the findings. We will not refund the return costs unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.
Shipping is free to Continental USA addresses for all orders placed by members.
We can also ship to virtually any address in the world with the exception of certain countries due to various restrictions in which case, you will not be able to complete the checkout process.
*Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed before shipment. Note, 2nd day express shipping methods account for transit time only, not including the order processing period.
Delivery times vary depending on several factors of course, but most orders in the Continental USA arrive within 1 week of dispatch while most orders to Canada may take 2-3 weeks after dispatch.
Order processing / Dispatch:
We want you to get your order asap, therefore as soon as an order is received via the website it is final and cannot be amended. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24hr after the order is placed (if still on a business day).
When we ship your order, you will receive a track and trace information directly from us providing you with your UPS or USPS carrier tracking number.
